Amidst the enhanced quarantine, banks are mandated by the Philippine Government to continue serving the public. BDO Remit operations will work on a skeletal force and shortened banking hours.

All branches in Luzon are open until 3PM (MNL Time). Visayas and Mindanao branches are open until 4PM (MNL Time) on such days.

Credit to BDO Accounts and Cash Card processing from 7AM - PM (MNL time). Remittance may be available in the account within 48 hours.

Cash Pick-up at all BDO Unibank Branches is suspended temporarily effective March 23, 2020 as part of safety efforts against COVID-19.

Just in case clients needs to claim remittance via Cash Pick-up, they may do so at partner channels:

  • BDO Network Bank : open Monday-Friday up to 3PM, Saturday Branches up to 12nn. (MNL Time)
  • All pawnshops partners : open up to 3PM (MNL Time) (subject to the availability of their staff.)

Please be advised that weekend banking in all BDO branches will be suspended until further notice. as of March 26, 2020.
