Telstra Outage near our Data Centre that resulted to our Service problems which began Thursday has been resolved. Remittance and Phone Systems has been restored to full service as of yesterday evening.
We apologise for the service disruption that resulted late transmittal of your Remittance Transactions to the Philippines.
Customers that has been affected by the service outage should expect a confirmation email and sms notification from us once processed.
